In our ACW 2, we have been asked to make a online tutorial for users to follow. After thinking of tutorials that I could make, I've decided on making one on upgrading or installing Ram on a MacBook laptop. I will take photos and take notes of doing this so I can add the content onto my tutorial.

Having all the aspects of my website designed and finished filled with content, a contact form, images etc. I decided to validate and test all the pages on my website and they all conform to XHTML 1.0 Transitional or strict through the use of the W3C validator online. The CSS that has been used to style up my website has also passed the W3C CSS validator with no errors.

For one of the tasks that needed to be completed for this unit. I’ve added separate pages into my portfolio section of my website which will show users, a skip to navigation and content link. These links on these 2 pages, will show users how it will enhance the usability for my website. This is so that a screen reader can pick up the content without having to read out all the navigation options that are available on the page.

I’ve been experimenting with a few different designs and I’ve decided on the logo that I will be using throughout my website. It’s a simple design following the same colour scheme as my site, with a blue background and white coloured text. This will be a good way for people to recognise my website when they see this logo design.
